FLash in Joomla content

For one of my clients I currently need to place lots of flash content on their Joomla website. The flash content is made by several people, and, without knowing much about flash, ik seems that the way those things are rendered influence the possibilities of embedding them in your site. It takes a lot of hours, drives you nuts and when in the end it works, for some reason IE thinks differently.
